Veterans to be Honored Monday Morning
Beverly's Veterans Day program happens on Monday at 11 a.m. in Odell Park on Rantoul Street.
Veterans Day observances in Beverly will happen at 11 a.m. on the 11th day of the 11th month.
The ceremony in Veterans Memorial at Odell Park, across from the post office and Beverly Depot, will start "precisely" at 11 a.m., according to Veterans Agent Jerry Guilebbe.
It will be a short program and include state Rep. Jerry Parisella, state Sen. Joan Lovely and Mayor Bill Scanlon, Guilebbe said.
A collation will follow at the Herman A. Spear Post 331 on Judson Street.
