Join us on June 22nd as we help the North Shore Medical Center lower their environmental impact at their annual Cancer Walk.
The Change is Simple team and volunteers will be implementing composting and recycling throughout this event and we need your help! We are looking for volunteers who are ready to have fun and get dirty! We will need 10 volunteers from 7am-10am, and 10 volunteers from 10am-1pm. If you are interested please contact kelly@changeissimple.org with your name, available time, and contact information.
FACT: Outdoor events produce as much as 5 lbs. of trash per participant.
FACT: Last year Change is Simple diverted 94% of the Cancer Walk's waste.
Cancer Walk participants will be taking part in a 6-mile walk from the Salem Willows Park to Salem State College, and enjoying refreshments and music in the park upon completion.POSTS
