What Should Fill the Former Waldorf School Building?
The stone building in Beverly Farms that used to be home to Cape Ann Waldorf School is now empty.
Cape Ann Waldorf School has been in its "new" home at Moraine Farm in North Beverly for the past three years.
Before moving to Project Adventure's former administrative space, the school had been in a building on Hale Street in Beverly Farms, next to St. Margaret's Church for almost 20 years.
The school had been looking for a new home for a while during its time in the Farms, including submitting a bid for the former Edwards School on Rantoul Street when it was being sold by the city. The school was later converted into residential condos. It later also submitted a bid for the vacant McKay School at about the time the school bought the Moraine Farm property.
