
Ever think "I will start tomorrow?", then tomorrow comes and there is another reason why you have to put it off again.. This is a cycle that you can break! It takes 4-7 days for you to break a habit or start a habit, and only YOU can do it. Write down on a piece of paper, WHY you want to start the road of being healthy, and what "healthy" looks like to you. It is not about looking like a run way model, it is about being healthy inside and you will look healthy on the outside! Here are a few simple steps you can take today to make a difference in your health!
1. Start your day with a healthy, well balanced breakfest
2. Drink as close to a gallon of water a day as possible
3. If you drink soda, or juice, switch to water with lemon or orange wedges
4. If you have not been exercising, start today by walking for 30 minutes and start taking the steps instead of the elevator.
5. Eat a balanced meal every 3 hours, and cut back on processed and fried foods
6. Smile, laugh and enjoy life
