Who's in the Race for City Council?
Friday is the deadline to "pull papers" from the City Clerk for any of the nine City Council seats, six School Committee seats or for mayor.

The deadline to "pull papers" to run for public office this fall in Beverly is Friday. Candidates have until Tuesday at 5 p.m. to get the signatures certified by the Board of Registrars.
Mayoral candidates need 100 certified signatures and City Council candidates need 50 certified signatures.
So who's in the races so far? Take a look at the list of candidates that have "pulled papers" so far. Some candidates have returned the required signatures and some have not.
