BOSTON, MA — The body of a Boston man who had been missing since before Thanksgiving has been found in Dorchester Bay, his family told MassLive.
John Wesley Young III, 57, told family members over the phone on the evening of Nov. 22 that he was going to Braintree, Boston police previously said. No one had heard from him since.
Massachusetts State Police said Tuesday morning that police divers, a marine unit, patrols, detectives, and crime scene personnel were at the Neponset River in Milton for a death investigation, though a connection to Young has not been confirmed.

The body, which appeared to be that of an adult male, was found partially submerged in the area of the Neponset Valley Yacht Club off Granite Avenue in Milton, according to police.
