Boston College's Bowl Game Canceled, Ruled No Contest

The First Responders Bowl in Dallas, Texas, was called off with the Eagles leading, 7-0.

Boston College and Boise State started the First Responders Bowl Wednesday afternoon in Dallas, Texas, but they didn't finish it. The game was ruled no contest due to severe weather.

Boston College was leading, 7-0, with 5:08 left in the first quarter when there was a delay called for nearby lightning. The forecast proved daunting enough over the short-term future to cancel the game altogether.

The stats will not count, and the game will go down (or not go down) in the record books as if it had never been played.
