Opening August 2023, J.J. Carroll House at 130 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton, MA, will offer 141 new subsidized apartments in a vibrant, supportive community. There are 27 apartments available through 2Life’s housing lottery: 22 one-bedrooms (4 wheelchair accessible) and 5 two-bedrooms (1 vision & hearing adapted).

An additional 114 apartments are available to very low-income households including 15 set aside for homeless households all of which are available by direct referral from Boston Housing Authority's waitlist, interested persons are encouraged to apply here: bit.ly/Apply-BHA.
