Demma Aesthetics Medical Spa & Face Bar Grand Opening!

A new chapter in Brighton’s health and wellness scene will unfold when Demma Aesthetics Medical Spa & Face Bar, located in the heart of Oak Square, hosts its grand opening celebration on Friday, November 7, 2025. Demma brings over thirty years of combined experience in medical aesthetics, and is committed to safe, science-backed treatment plans that deliver authentic, long-lasting results.

Located at 425 Market Street, Demma Aesthetics was created by co-founders Emma Roberts Henderson and Devan Roman, who both shared the same vision of redefining the med spa experience by prioritizing results and experiences tailored specifically to each client, supported by science, and with years of provider expertise in a welcoming, elevated and relaxing space. Demma offers a broad range of health and wellness services and face-focused aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser facials, microneedling, facial balancing, chemical peels, PDO threads, eyelashes, eyebrows and more. In addition to private treatment rooms, Demma also features a unique parlour style room with treatment bays for appointments with friends, group outings and team bonding. 

“Emma and I have been dreaming up this concept since our days at Harvard Business School, envisioning a place where we can provide approachable luxury services driven by trusted medical oversight, artistic vision and dermatologist quality expertise, all under one roof,” said Co-Founder Devan Roman.“Our shared love for the benefits of self care, combined with our
backgrounds in healthcare operations and consumer insights, led to this journey we’re finally seeing come to fruition.”

Demma Aesthetics is open for business now, but guests who want to join the Demma team at the grand opening celebration on Friday, November 7 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. can RSVP on Eventbrite. Those in attendance can expect discounts on treatment plans, lip fillers and gift cards; as well as raffles for facials, Botox and skincare products.
