MOLECULE X Boston Marathon: Inside the Sleep and Recovery Routine Powering Elite Runners on Race Day

WHAT:
On April 20, five runners participating in the Boston Marathon will partner with MOLECULE to spotlight the role of sleep and recovery in endurance performance. Throughout the marathon weekend, runners will document how prioritizing rest before and after the race supports performance, recovery, and overall well-being. 

Trusted by elite athletes including Alex Morgan, MOLECULE brings a performance-driven approach to sleep. If Alex were running Boston, she would note that recovery would be just as critical as training.

Media will have the opportunity to:

  • Interview participating runners about their training, race-day mindset, and recovery routines with MOLECULE
