
Tonno Gloucester invites guests to an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines of Veneto, Venezia-Giulia, Piedmont, Sicily, and Tuscany.
On Tuesday, April 28 at 6:00 PM, the restaurant will host a lively and indulgent night of incredible flavors, flowing wine, and great company.
The five-course dinner includes a beautifully curated menu, each intentionally paired with exceptional Italian wines.
Menu Highlights & Wine Pairings Include:
- Reception: 2024 Pieropan Soave Classico, Veneto
- First Course: 2022 Jermann Vintage Tunina, Venezia-Giulia paired with pan seared scallop, brioche toast, topped with lobster butter.
- Second Course: 2021 Renato Ratti Barolo Marcenasco, Piedmont paired with grilled polenta, fontina, mixed mushrooms, thyme, and a veal demi-glaze
- Third Course: 2021 Tornatore Etna Rosso ‘Pietrarizzo’, Sicily paired with rigatoni ‘a la Norma’, tomato, eggplant, basil, and ricotta salata.
- Fourth Course: 2021 Argiano Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany paired with Bisteca alla Fiorentina, fingerling potatoes, and grilled asparagus.
- Dessert: Pistachio and cherry panettone trifle.
