Experience an evening of sushi, sake, and centuries of Japanese brewing tradition at Mr. H with the Sushi & Sake Bōken Dinner. This special five-course dinner will feature Masaaki Saito, the 27th-generation brewmaster of Hiraizumi Honpo, Japan’s second-oldest sake brewery, with each course thoughtfully paired with a craft sake. Guests can sip their way through a curated lineup while enjoying a menu designed to complement each pairing and hearing firsthand from a brewmaster carrying on a tradition nearly 500 years in the making. With just two seatings for the evening at 6:00 and 8:30pm, it’s a unique chance to experience Japanese sake culture right in the Seaport. Tickets are $150 per person and reservations are required.
