The START WHERE WE ARE EARTH MUSIC FESTIVAL is coming to Somerville on and it's FREE for everyone at Upstairs at Bow—a cozy indoor venue within Bow Market, one of the area’s most beloved hubs for food, art, and small businesses. Gather around courtyard fires in the crisp fall air, enjoy live music upstairs, and wander through Bow’s shops and eateries for a one-of-a-kind autumn evening.

ABOUT START WHERE WE ARE

The Start Where We Are Earth Music Festival was founded in 2023 by local Berklee musicians, sparked by the question: “How can artists make a meaningful impact on the climate crisis?”

From our first festival at Boston Common to our return at Bow Market, the mission has stayed the same: bring people together through music, art, and activism to spark conversation, build community, and take action for a healthier planet.
