Museums on Us from Bank of America

The first weekend of every month, Bank of America's monthly "Museums on Us" program offers free admission to a number of Boston's most prestigious museums.

The nationwide program is available to all Bank of America, Merrill, and Bank of America Private Bank cardholders, and opens up more than 225 of the nation's most prominent cultural institutions in 35 states. In Massachusetts, the participating museums are:

• The Peabody Essex Museum, Salem Featured Exhibit: "The Salem Witch Trials 1692"

• The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Featured Exhibit: 

"Picasso, Miró, Dalí: Unbound”

• The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston Featured Exhibit: "Leilah Babirye: Embaga ya Naki ne Naki (Wedding of Naki and Naki)"

• EcoTarium, Worcester Featured Exhibit: "Big League fun"

• The Mount, Edith Wharton's home in Lenox: Grounds are open year round 

• Orchard House, Louisa May Alcott's home in Concord. From April - October 2026

• Springfield Museums Featured Exhibit: "Legacies of Surrealism: Works from the Museo de Arte de Ponce"

• Fitchburg Art Museum: New Exhibit: "Elisa H. Hamilton: Heirlooms"

• The New Bedford Whaling Museum Featured Exhibit: "SAILOR’S VALENTINES: Maritime Art from the Heart"

• The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum (Saturdays only) Featured Exhibit: “We Remember John F. Kennedy, Jr.”

Bank of America offers this benefit to promote greater cultural understanding, expand accessibility to the arts, and strengthen communities. Upon arriving at a participating institution, customers need only present their Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain free general admission for themselves.
