Earls at the Prudential Center Rolls Out New Menu

Globally-diverse restaurant and bar bringing famous meatless burger, seafood bowls, rosé sangria and more to Boston's Back Bay

Earls Kitchen + Bar is embracing its first full summer season at the Prudential Center by rolling out a refreshed menu featuring creative globally-inspired dishes, seasonal cocktails and a revamped wine list. The new menu items at Earls will be available beginning today, June 6, just as temperatures start to rise and dining preferences shift toward lighter, more refreshing options.

Making its grand appearance at Earls newest flagship location will be the famed Impossible Burger, a meatless,100% plant-based burger featuring tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise and mustard, on a toasted brioche bun ($14.75) in addition to the flavor-packed Street Chicken Tacos, a Happy Hour favorite filled with cheddar, cabbage, jalapeño crema, slow roasted achiote chicken, cilantro and fresh cut salsa ($12) and the Spicy Tuna Roll with spicy ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado and a tempura crunch ($14).

A duo of grain-based bowls with treasures from the sea will sprout up on the all-day menu, including the Salmon Zen Bowl with jasmine rice, daikon, red cabbage, avocado, mushrooms, cucumber, sesame ($22) and the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl with jasmine rice, soy marinated ahi tuna, avocado, nori, mango and macadamia nuts ($17). These newcomers will join the existing Chicken Hunan Kung Pao and Korean Beef Bibimbap on the menu’s “Noodles and Rice Bowls” section. On Saturdays and Sundays, those looking to start their day off with a healthful choice can nosh on the Smoothie Bowl, which combines fresh berries, toasted almonds, banana, flax seed granola and spirulina ($6/$12) available during brunch hours from 10am to 3pm.

For dessert, indulge in the new S’mores Chocolate Cheesecake, a delightful twist on a classic.

New on the beverage scene at Earls, a brand known for bringing the fun to bars with its innovative cocktail program, will be seasonal libations including the Rhubarb Fizz made with Tito’s Handmade vodka, Aperol, rhubarb, fresh lime, soda, green strawberry bitters and meringue foam ($12), a Rosé Sangria with pomegranate ($9.50) and an Earls Barrel-Select Old Fashioned made with Earls Prudential’s exclusive hand crafted barrel of Maker’s Mark 46 bourbon (made specifically for the tastes of guests at this location), demerara sugar and root beer bitters ($15). The refreshed wine list will be influenced by the summer season with a number of truly special rosé and sparkling wine additions.
