Fatal Dorchester Stabbing: Police Want Help ID'ing This Man

Police say following the fatal stabbing Thursday of a man in his 70s they are interested in talking with this man.

BOSTON, MA — After a man was found stabbed to death Thursday night in Dorchester, the Boston Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding the man in a photo.

At about 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, officers from Mattapan responded to a radio call for an unconscious man in the area of 99 Shandon Rd, in Dorchester.

When they got to the building, police found a man in his late 70s, unconscious and with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

About an hour after this incident on Thursday there was another stabbing in Boston, police tell Patch the two are unrelated.
