Man in Fatal Overnight Sumner Tunnel Crash ID'd

One man is dead and two others injured after a Dodge Ram apparently lost control, police said.

A single-car crash killed one man overnight and injured two others, shutting down the ramp from the Sumner Tunnel to 93 North until the early morning.

Police Friday afternoon identified the deceased as 24-year-old Dillon Cohen of Salem, New Hampshire. The two surviving occupants — a 23-year-old Salem, New Hampshire, man and a 24-year-old Brighton man — were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said that around 3:10 a.m., a 2002 Dodge Ram, for unknown reasons, went out of control and crashed. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
