Swet Studio Offers a Full-Body HIIT Rowing Workout to Start the Work Week on Monday Mornings in the South End

There is nothing like a good, full-body workout to start the work week right.
Swet Full Body, offered on Monday mornings at 7:00 a.m. at Swet Studio® Boston, is a signature group fitness class that builds on the foundations of rowing, strength, and mobility. This class is a low impact, full-body HIIT rowing workout on the WaterRow machine, that also alternates between strength and mobility training off the rowing machine.
Located at 480 Tremont Street, in Boston's vibrant South End, Swet Studio® is a local, community-oriented fitness studio. The Swet Studio® Method incorporates a holistic, “Mind Body” approach to health and fitness. Through a variety of small group classes, ranging from aerial yoga, indoor rowing, and floating mediation in a silk hammock, the Swet Studio® Method utilizes the concept mindfulness as a key element of its Practice. Swet Studio® trains the body and calms the mind. With unique classes, Swet Studio® also provides a variety of team building and restorative programs utilizing small class sizes, personal coaching, and mind body training.
