Identities Released Of 3 Arrested After Mattapan Shooting

BOSTON, MA — Boston police have identified the three people who were arrested after a shooting on Edgewater Drive in Mattapan that injured five people early Wednesday morning, the Boston Police Department said in a news release Wednesday.

Hakeem Ramey, 29, of Brockton, Nashaly Seguinot, 25, of Boston, and Samuel Roman, 24, of Boston were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm after officers recovered three loaded guns from the scene, police said. All are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.

The shooting was reported just after 2 a.m. Wednesday, when officers said they found multiple people shot on Edgewater Drive and River Street.

According to police, three of the victims were taken by ambulance to the hospital and two others walked into the hospital themselves. None of the injuries were life threatening, police said.
