We want to hear your feedback about the Zoning Board of Appeal process in the City of Boston!

The City of Boston Inspectional Services Department is working on an initiative to provide the community with guides and workshops that would assist in helping residents learn more about the Zoning Board of Appeal process. We would love to hear your feedback to ensure the information is equitable and accessible. Our survey is available in six languages:
