MA School Closings, Delays For Thursday, Jan. 31

After snow squalls and promises of near-record low temperatures in Massachusetts, there have been a few dozen schools and districts announcing they will delay or cancel things on Thursday.

And, uh, no wonder: Bay State temperatures are expected to drop into the single digits, and winds will make for apparent temperatures as low as negative-25 degrees. Yes, you read that right.
