MA Weather Outlook: Wind Advisory Tonight

You can expect wind gusts of up to 50 miles per hour.

We just are popping in to alert you of a wind advisory tonight from Worcester to south of Boston and up to the North Shore. The National Weather Service said a wind advisory will be in effect at 5 p.m. and last until 1 a.m. Friday morning. The advisory spans across all of Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, and Suffolk counties, and northern Worcester Country.

What can you expect? A consistently blustery wind with gusts of up to 50 miles per hour. You'll likely feel it on the highway commute home. The NWS also warns of the potential of downed tree limbs and power outages, which was the case during Tuesday night's windy storm.
