Severe weather out west will result in some showers and storms across the rest of Massachusetts Thursday evening, putting a pause on the nice weather we've been enjoying since the temperatures rebounded. A hazardous weather outlook was called for Western Mass., but it hasn't spread past the Berkshires as of Thursday afternoon.

"Scattered showers and t-storms will be moving through [Southern New England] later today into this evening," the National Weather Service said.

An approximated radar simulation shows the rain getting to Worcester around 5 p.m. and Boston around 6 p.m. Eastern Mass. could see on-and-off showers and storms until 11 p.m.
