Man Dead After Falling While Trying To Board Moving MBTA Train: Report
The man apparently missed his train and tried to approach the moving car and kick open the door when he lost his balance, officials said.

BOSTON, MA — A man is dead after falling under a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Green Line train car at Boston's North Station shortly after midnight Tuesday, MBTA police said in a statement shared with Patch.
Officials said that according to a preliminary investigation by transit police, the man apparently missed his train for Medford/Tufts and tried to approach the moving trolley and kick open the door when he lost his balance. He died at the scene.
"On behalf of the entire MBTA organization we express our most sincere condolences to family, friends and loved ones of the decedent," the MBTA's Superintendent Richard Sullivan said.
