MBTA Parking Price List: What Stations Are Increasing, Decreasing

Come August 1, you could be paying something vastly different than you are now to park at your MBTA station.

The MBTA is increasing parking prices at many of its most popular stations. At some of the more seldom used stations, the prices are dropping. And in others, prices are staying the same. The MBTA is also decreasing the fee in many of its stations' lots for weekend parking.

Three stations are increasing their weekday parking to $10. That means a two-way ticket plus parking at Alewife, Braintree, or Quincy Adams would cost you $15.50. That's a bit more than 5 gallons of gas these days.
