Missing: Braintree Teen With Health Issues, Could Be In Boston

Police are asking for the public's help in finding this missing teen who did not take her meds and may be headed to Boston.

BRAINTREE, MA — Ivy Diamond Koulis, a "low functioning" teen with severe mental health issues and a diabetic who needs her medication is missing.

The 18-year-old was last seen in Braintree in the early mornings of Black Friday near South Shore Plaza. She is described as a 5'2 black teen about 170 pounds, with noticeable scars on her left forearm and wearing nose rings. She was last seen wearing dark gray yoga pants, a light gray sweatshirt with a zipper in the front, an olive green bomber jacket and a black wool hat. She is reportedly a diabetic and has serious mental health issues that require medication, according to police. Police said she did not take the medication with her.

She's run away before but was found on her way to South Station. If you see her please contact police at the number below:
