New Threat Targets Boston Children's Hospital: Report
The hospital was shut down one week ago after a bomb threat, which followed harassment from Libs of TikTok followers.

BOSTON, MA — Boston police responded to Boston Children's Hospital Friday morning after a threat — the second such incident over the past two weeks after the hospital was targeted by the right-wing social media organization Libs of TikTok.
Boston police responded to the Longwood Avenue campus just after 11:30 a.m. Friday after a person called in a threat to the hospital, NBC 10 reported. No further details were available about the nature of the threat.
On Aug. 30, police shut down streets around the hospital after a phoned-in bomb threat. The roads were closed for about an hour until police cleared the scene.

But Boston Children's officials previously reported a volley of threats made against staff following Libs of TikTok posts in August targeting the hospital's transgender health program.
A Washington Post investigation into Libs of TikTok earlier this year revealed that its founder is Chaya Raichik, and the account has largely been focused on targeting LGTBQ people since its founding in April 2021.
