Only Two Days Without Any Rain In Boston This May
The National Weather Service confirmed what we already know: it's been a really rainy month.
BOSTON — No, you're not imagining it: it's been a ridiculously rainy spring in Southern New England. In fact, the National Weather Service Boston said of the four climate sites they manage, Boston, Providence, Rhode Island, Hartford, Connecticut and Worcester, none have seen more than four days without rain from May 1 through 17. Boston was in second place, with just two rain-free days.
Providence came in first place with just a single day without rain during the first half of the month. Worcester was just behind Boston with three days without rain.
The answer is: PROVIDENCE! Since May 1st, Providence has only had ONE day where no precipitation (0.00") was recorded. Boston → TWO days without precip since May 1st Worcester → THREE days without precip since May 1st Hartford → FOUR days without precip since May 1st https://t.co/D18SdMm0r5

This weekend, the weather has finally improved, with sunshine and warm temperatures on both Saturday and Sunday, though showers are expected to move in again on Sunday night. The beginning of the week will be mostly clear and sunny, so here's hoping the warm weather is here to stay.
