Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Named a Best Place to Work

The 2023 Best Places to Work was awarded by Cape & Plymouth Media based on culture, hiring, training, community service and communication.

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties, has been named a 2023 Best Place to Work honoree by Cape & Plymouth Media.

The top 40 organizations were nominated by staff, volunteers and vendors. All nominations were voted based on criteria in team culture, hiring, training, community service and company communication.

“We wanted to give professionals in our area a voice within the business community. Best Places to Work is more than a salary and benefits. It’s about feeling appreciated, having purpose and making a positive impact in everyday work life. There are so many great places to work, even more than we could possibly fit into our list. It was an extremely difficult decision for the panel to choose the final 40,” said Dale Shadbegian, owner of C&P Business Media
