Sam Adams Brewing Special 'Boston Calling' Beer
Sam Adams is partnering with the music festival to create Stage Lites Lager, a limited release brew.

BOSTON, MA — Sam Adams is partnering with music festival Boston Calling to create what it calls the "perfect festival beer." The new beer is dubbed Stage Lites Lager and will be released Friday.
"We decided to buck the hopped-up, hazy IPA trends and brew a beer we believe best pairs with live music, an American Light Lager," the company said in a statement. "Stage Lites Lager was crafted for sessionability so that it can be enjoyed across three days as 51 bands take the stage at Boston Calling."
Stage Lites Lager will be available on draft and in cans exclusively at the Sam Adams Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain. The beer will also be available in the VIP section of Boston Calling, according to the statement.
