Still Missing: Tavern Denies Refusing Lost Man Re-Entry
Zachary Marr, 22, of Harvard (Mass.), was last seen without a coat on a frigid Friday night near The Bell in Hand Tavern.

BOSTON, MA - Police are still searching for a Harvard man who hasn’t been seen since a weekend celebration in Boston.
Zachary Marr, 22, was last seen outside the The Bell in Hand Tavern in the area of 45 Union Street in Boston at about 1:40 a.m. Saturday morning. His birthday was Wednesday.
Some who were with Marr that night have said he texted them after 1 a.m. saying he was trying to get back into the bar but was denied because it was getting ready to close.
The Bell in Hand denied Marr would have been refused re-entry in a Facebook post Monday:
Our thoughts & prayers go out to Zachary’s family and friends. We have provided video to his family and the police and it showed Zachary leaving the Bell in Hand at 1:20 am and the video clearly shows that Zachary did not try to re-enter the Bell in Hand. It does, however, show several other customers leaving and re-entering. He would not have been denied access. Other video has shown he was last seen in front of the garage heading towards surface artery. We hope that he is found soon and we are cooperating fully with police and the family to help in any way we can.
Police say Marr is a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches, and about 175 pounds. He’s got short brown hair, blue eyes, and a beard. Marr was last seen wearing dark jeans, a blue sweatshirt, and black sneakers.
Anyone with information regarding Marr’s whereabouts should contact District A-1 detectives at 617-343-4571 or Harvard Police Sergeant John Coates at 978-456-1212.
