Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen Hire Divorce Lawyers: Report
Bündchen and Brady, the former quarterback for the New England Patriots, have been living apart since August, according to reports.

TAMPA, FL — Former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bündchen have both hired divorce lawyers amid rumors that Brady's decision not to retire from football caused tension within their marriage, according to a Page Six report.
Page Six previously reported the couple, who currently reside in Tampa, Florida, had been living separately for several months.
"I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be," a source told Page Six.

Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback who currently plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Bündchen, a Brazilian fashion model, married in 2009.
In January, Brady announced he would retire from professional football after becoming the all-time leader in nearly every major passing category, winning three NFL MVPs and five Super Bowl MVPs.

Before making the announcement, Brady said he was looking forward to spending more time with his family and that his family would play a central role in his decision to play another season or retire.
"The biggest difference now that I'm older is I have kids now, too, you know, and I care about them a lot as well. They've been my biggest supporters. My wife is my biggest supporter," Brady said. "It pains her to see me get hit out there. And she deserves what she needs from me as a husband, and my kids deserve what they need from me as a dad."
Six weeks later, Brady changed his mind. In March, he announced on Twitter that he would return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 2022 season.
"These past two months I've realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands," Brady said. "That time will come. But it's not now."
In a September interview published in Elle magazine, Bündchen said she was "concerned" about her husband's return to football.
“Obviously, I have my concerns," she told the magazine. "This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too."
Also in September, a source revealed to People magazine that Brady and Bündchen had been living apart for more than a month.
"Gisele is busy with her own life now, and has spent time away from Tom in Miami and New York," the source told People.
Brady and Bündchen have two children, 12-year-old son Benjamin and 9-year-old daughter Vivian. Brady also shares 15-year-old son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.
