His work combines the structural principles of the Rolf Method with refined myofascial release and somatic therapy to help clients improve posture, movement, and body awareness. Joel trained at the Guild for Structural Integration preserving the depth of Ida Rolf’s original work. Through this training he developed a deep understanding of the fascial network and how myofascial release and somatic therapy can restore natural alignment and functional movement. Constructed in 1713, the Old State House was the center of royal government in the Massachusetts Bay colony and the focal point for many of the Revolution’s most dramatic events.
