Watch Ben Affleck, Matt Damon’s 'City On A Hill' Trailer
The Showtime original series has a couple familiar names and some familiar Boston sites attached in the new cops show.
BOSTON — A first look at a new cop show featuring Boston just came out.
The series is produced by Boston's own dynamic duo Matt Damon and Ben Afleck.
So, yes, there are a few noticeable Boston landmarks in the trailer, which opens with a shot of an FBI agent jogging up the steps near Government Center in 1992. It includes the Boston skyline and some shots of public housing and closes out with a shot from inside the Last Hurrah, the whiskey bar at the Omni Parker House.

Oh, but you're wondering what it's about? It's a fictional take on cleaning up the town. It's set in the crime-ridden early 1990s in Boston. And the premise is that an enthusiastic assistant district attorney Decourcy Ward, played by Aldis Hodge, arrives in town. The white, goold ole boy corrupt FBI investigator Jackie Rohr, played by Kevin Bacon, describes the new guy as an "affirmative action hire," but ultimately the two form an unlikely alliance to take on the criminal justice system.
"I want to go into Charlestown and I wanna [expletive] that place up," says Ward enlisting Rohr's help.

Together, they take on a family of armored car robbers from Charlestown in a case that grows to encompass and eventually upend Boston's city-wide criminal justice system, according to IMDB.
