Woman Arrested In Connection With Boston Stabbing
Police were able to apprehend a suspect in connection with this vicious crime relatively quickly.
BOSTON, MA — A woman is facing multiple charges after a man was stabbed Thursday night in Mattapan, the Boston Police Department announced.
Jasmine Noiles, 35, of Dorchester, was arrested after officers assigned to District B-3 responded at approximately 8:46 p.m. to 950 Blue Hill Ave. for a report of a person stabbed. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from multiple lacerations to his neck and temple area and began providing medical aid.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Officers were told the suspect was a woman with short hair wearing a black hoodie, black shorts, and an electronic ankle monitor.

With assistance from the Massachusetts Electronic Monitoring Program, officers analyzed GPS activity in the area and received results associated with Noiles. Police said electronic monitoring data confirmed she was in the immediate area at the time of the stabbing.
While detectives were investigating a separate incident within the district, they identified Noiles as one of the reporting parties. Detectives said she matched the description provided following the stabbing and was wearing an electronic ankle monitor. Police also reportedly observed what appeared to be blood stains on her sneakers.

Noiles was taken into custody following further investigation and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60 and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury.
