BRAINTREE, MA — As the Town of Braintree works to better understand its community, it is turning to technology for help.
For the first time, the town has launched a community health assessment.
The assessment will help the town identify community priorities, guide future programs and services, strengthen local resources, and inform future planning.
The assessment is estimated to take seven to 10 minutes to complete. Participants must be Braintree residents and at least 18 years old.
All responses are confidential and anonymous. The assessment can be completed online.
