BRAINTREE, MA —The Town of Braintree is giving residents a chance to have a say in the future of the former South Middle School building at 232 Peach Street.
On Wednesday, November 4, a public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Highlands on Peach Auditorium at the former school.
Residents can share their ideas and what they think should happen to the building.
The school, which opened in 1956, was replaced by a modern facility in 2023.
The building is slated to house the community and students from Highlands Elementary School as part of Braintree's ongoing school redistricting and facility plans.
