Braintree Recycling Update: Cardboard is Recyclable

From the Braintree Recycling Office:

Cardboard boxes are recyclable but should be flattened and loosely placed inside your recycling cart. Boxes left outside the cart will not be collected. Flattening boxes saves space in your cart and eases the recycling processing plant’s job. Also, the unsoiled top part of a pizza box can be recycled. If there is no liner on the bottom and it has absorbed oil, kindly place the bottom part in the trash. By recycling correctly, we benefit from lower processing costs than other communities.
