2 Women Killed In Separate Crashes In Brockton

BROCKTON, MA — Two women were killed in separate crashes in Brockton Tuesday.

Police are still looking for the driver who struck and killed a woman on Pleasant Street at about 7:15 p.m. Police examined the victim’s sneakers left in the street, the same sneakers Shaun Banion saw as he drove home from work, prompting him to pull over.

“I see a shoe, a couple shoes out in the street, didn’t want to hit it with my car, as I caught in the corner of my eye, I saw a foot,” Banion said. “I thought that can’t be a real foot.”
