The investigation, announced from Brockton, found the man, Greg, died after reportedly receiving very little of the donations, and the couple later had to borrow money to repay GoFundMe.
5. Police Blotter: Massachusetts alleged child rapist sheriff's deputy faces more charges (bostonherald.com) — A Bridgewater couple accused of misusing GoFundMe donations for a homeless man is set to be arraigned at Plymouth Superior Court in Brockton, tying the high-profile fraud case directly to the city’s courthouse. The broader police blotter also details several serious criminal cases and investigations across Massachusetts, from alleged child exploitation to suspected arson and a rape conviction.
