Brockton Babysitter Accused of Abusing, Beating Two Children

Nancy Intelisano, 31, faces numerous charges for the alleged abuse.

Brockton, MA — A Brockton woman was arrested for abusing two 4- and 9-year-old boys over a period of six months, police said.

Nancy Intelisano, 31, faces numerous charges including multiple counts of reckless endangerment of a child, assault and battery on a child under 14, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, indecent assault and battery, suffocation, and threat to commit a crime.

A police report obtained by WHDH details a May incident where the 4-year-old victim broke his arm while jumping on the couch, according to Intelisano. Doctors, however, say the injury came from a forceful push or pull. They also found a black eye, injured stomach, and scratches on the face of the child.
