Brockton High School: Fire Department Responds

There are also power issues in the area.

BROCKTON, MA — Brockton High School was expected to be open Monday morning after a small fire was put out Sunday night, according to WBZ.

Firefighters responded to Brockton High School, where they initially said the roof deck was on fire. A Brockton Public Schools spokeswoman told Boston 25 the issue was most likely smoke, and that the fire department cleared the scene.

There are also power issues in the area, with 400 in the dark. National Grid said the power, which went out around 9:48 p.m., should be back around 11:45 p.m.
