BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton man faces charges for selling cocaine and possessing a stun gun.  Tony Andrade, 26, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of a Class C drug, and possession of a electric stun gun, <a href="http://www.enterprisenews.com/news/20160824/state-police-brockton-man-busted-selling-cocaine-had-stun-gun" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Enterprise.</a>   During routine patrol of the northeast area of Brockton, state police observed what appeared to be a drug deal.
