Brockton Man Arrested on Weapons Charges in Randolph

Till Sheffield, 21, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

RANDOLPH, MA — Chief William Pace reports that the Randolph Police Department arrested two men Thursday night on charges of firearm and drug possession, one of whom was on parole for armed robbery.

Till Sheffield, 21, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition. Jared Lokeman, 23, of Randolph, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance. Sheffieldwas also on parole for armed robbery.

Through an investigation, Randolph Police obtained intelligence that Sheffield was in Randolph and in possession of a firearm, a violation of his parole.

On , Jan. 19, at approximately 6 p.m., officers located Sheffieldin a parked car in a parking lot on Mazzeo Drive. Also in the car was Lokeman. Police found a loaded handgun on Sheffield's person and arrested him.

Police also found cocaine on Lokeman's person. He was arrested, charged, and booked at the Randolph Police Department and later released on bail.

Due to Sheffield parole violation, he is being held on all charges until his arraignment in Quincy District Court Friday.
