Brockton Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Woman

BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton man was caught exposing himself to women on North Pearl Street Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Christopher Lozier Jr., 24, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness and wanton and lascivious lewd conduct.

Police tell the Enterprise that they responded after a woman inside a nearby Dunkin' Donuts said that she saw Lozier with his hands down his pants while staring at her. The woman left, but had to go past him to get to her vehicle. It was when the victim past Lozier, that he allegedly pulled down his pants.

Lozier was scheduled to be arraigned in Brockton District Court Wednesday.
