Brockton Man Charged With Stealing Hundreds of Dollars Worth of Razors

Joshua McDonough, 27,​ was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100.

BROCKTON, MA — A Brockton man was arrested Saturday after allegedly stealing hundreds of dollars in razor blades from a supermarket.

Joshua McDonough, 27, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100. He also had four outstanding warrants, according to the Enterprise.

At 6:41 p.m., police responded to a report of shoplifting at the Stop & and Shop on Belmont Street. Surveillance footage showed a man stealing the blades and fleeing in a vehicle

Police identified the car as a rental vehicle from Wrentham and learned it was registered to a home in Brockton. The person who was renting it told police that her daughter's boyfriend, identified as McDonough, had the car at the time,

McDonough was taken into custody at 9:30 p.m.
