Brockton Man Charged with Touching Himself in Public

Brockton, MA - A Brockton man touched himself in a lewd manner while sitting in a parking lot in Abington, police said.

Donald Holmes, 30, was arrested Monday and charged with his second open and gross lewdness offense. He was arraigned Thursday in Brockton District Court and is free on $2,500 cash, according to the Enterprise.

Monday night at about 8 p.m., police responded to a report of a man exposing himself in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. Officers at the scene saw Holmes allegedly perform a sex act on himself while sitting in his vehicle.

Holmes is due back in court on July 26.
