Brockton Man Killed by Police Stun Gun in Fall River

The man, identified as Scott Macomber, 48, of Brockton, died at St. Anne's Hospital.

BROCKTON, MA - A Brockton man was killed Monday night after being hit by a stun gun in Fall River.

On May 16, Fall River police officers went to a Bay Street home to serve a warrant, but when they arrived, another man and woman began to interfere and prevent them from arrested the wanted party, according to WHDH.

One officer allegedly used their stun gun on the man after he struggled and resisted arrest. After he was placed in handcuffs, he went into cardiac arrest.
