Brockton Shooting: 1 Dead, 1 Injured Overnight
One person was killed in a double shooting early Monday morning.
BROCKTON, MA – An early morning shooting in Brockton left one dead and one injured Monday, reports say. The shooting occurred on Myrtle Street just after midnight.
Both victims were hospitalized. According to WBZ, they were shot as a block party was breaking up at the corner of Myrtle and Blaine Streets.
The incident was the second double shooting in Brockton in 24 hours. Two men were shot outside of Max's Blues Cafe in Brockton early Sunday morning, but police do not believe the incidents are linked.
