Brockton Should Plan For 3-5 Days Without Power: Officials
More than 6,100 homes in the city are still without power, according to National Grid.

BROCKTON, MA — It's going to take a few days to recover from Friday's storm, according to city officials.
As of midnight Sunday, 6,187 homes in Brockton are without power, down from more than 11,000 according to the National Gird outage map. The estimated restoration time is March 6, 11:45 p.m., which is the same time given to all outages in the area.
The Brockton Emergency Management Agency posted on Facebook that residents in the dark should prepare for three to five days without electricity. A regional shelter has been set up at Weymouth High School.
